About Qasim
Qasim Ahmed is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bricksense (BRICKSENSE LLC-FZ), a Dubai-based digital services agency he established in 2023.
He leads a remote-first organisation of more than 50 sales, marketing, development, and support specialists working from multiple countries, delivering web development, digital marketing, e-commerce, and business-process services to clients around the world. The model is deliberate: connect the right talent, wherever they are, with the clients who need it, and hold the whole team to one standard of delivery.
A software engineer by training — he holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of the Punjab — Qasim focuses the agency on data-driven digital strategy, AI-assisted automation and workflow architecture, and the discipline of building and scaling distributed teams. Before founding Bricksense he worked as a Sales Executive at Emenac Inc. (2016–2019).
Under his leadership, Bricksense was named Affiliate Partner of the Year by du, the UAE telecom operator, for the performance of its 50-plus-person sales and marketing channel. He is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
