1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bricksense's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.
2. Services
Bricksense provides digital marketing, web development, social media marketing, e-commerce development, BPO services, and customer support. The scope of services for each client is defined in separate service agreements and proposals.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bricksense and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client work product ownership is defined in individual service agreements.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bricksense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Bricksense reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in that agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due. Bricksense will provide all deliverables completed to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
